TREATMENT

Malintis wants to explore with you what your problems and goals truly are, so that we can agree on a treatment that suits you and where Virtual Reality therapy can be an effective addition. This is a modern therapeutic method which is also utilised in departments within the main Dutch institution of mental treatment (GGZ).

OPENING HOURS

We are open during the following hours.
Malintis also offers home visits when this is desired.

  • Monday – Friday: 12.00 – 22.00
  • Saturday: 12.00 – 17.00
  • Sunday: closed

VIRTUAL REALITY THERAPY

We can strengthen our treatments with additional virtual reality therapy, so that we can enrich the treatment with not just more efficiency, but also with many more possibilities than traditional psychological treatments can offer. With Virtual Reality, you carry a headset that projects videos on the inside that help you relax or helps you learn how to deal with difficult situations.

EXAMPLES OF TREATMENTS

We treat our clients with virtual reality therapy, behavioural techniques and through conversation. You can think of problems such as agoraphobia, claustrophobia, fear of heights, fear of flying, spiders, speaking in public, or social environments. With our VR programs as well as through traditional therapy, we can also help with overall mood, anxiety, aggression or identity problems.
